Very rude manager. Came to wash my car after the storm. Noticed the entrance had a vehicle parked so I joined the line thinking it was open, then to be approached by the owner asking “who gets their car washed at this time after a storm “ mind you it is 8:57am and the roads were open and already paved. He could have simply said they were closed due to the weather from the previous day which had no great impact anyways, instead of being rude with that remark (as a business owner), because obviously people do get their cars washed after bad weather and personally I rent cars so I needed it washed for my customers also, google clearly stated you were open. FYI other car wash locations were open today.

The service here was good and the staff was polite and helpful. However, I did run into an issue while taking my car out. A rope hanging from the shutter gate got caught in my rear wiper and damaged it. The staff member put it back in place, and I didn’t notice anything at the time, so I assumed it was fine. Later, when I turned on the rear wiper, it started making noise and clearly wasn’t working properly. I’m currently out of the country for two months, so I couldn’t return to address the issue. What disappointed me most was that they didn’t inform me that the wiper had been damaged. I don’t know what the repair cost will be yet, but I wish they had been upfront about what happened. Service was good overall, but honesty and communication could definitely be improved.

Went here yesterday for an oil change and they offered a free car wash, only to find out it was just the exterior and done poorly at that. The rims were still filthy, like they didn’t even try, probably because it was “free.” I paid $93, for oil change and for that price, the service should’ve been much better. Y’all are running a business, and if you’re going to offer something as a perk, at least do it right. Zap Lube offers a free car wash too, and they actually clean the whole car and do a good job, wish I had just gone there instead. Someone recommended this place to me, but my experience was far from great. I’ll definitely be posting photos of the rims, and I won’t be coming back. You’ve lost a customer.

This is my second time at this car wash. I loved them the first time and loved them again this time. They are thorough, quick and hit every detail. I really wish it was a touch less car wash but the brushes are soft which made me feel better about washing my car. I will recommend and return.

I have been going here for nearly 20 years but my last car wash the had some kind of sealant on my windshield it was horrible I thought my heating coil went out😱 by the time I realized what it was I had to clean my windshield myself 😔 don't think I will be going back
