Seriously one of the best experiences ever! Cynthia knows her stuff! She guided me through the differences in the two brands I was considering and calculated the price on the phone. She texted me pictures and went over all the specs with me so I could make the most informed decision possible. About 24 hours after that initial call, I rode out of the store with a GORGEOUS Kymco Like and a big smile on my face. Cynthia made me feel not just like a valued customer but like I was a member of the Solano family. I hope her bosses know what a total GEM they have in her!

Highly recommended!! Just left from the store and they SAVED THE DAY!!! Had me in and out in an hour. **Dropped off scooter at the house with brand new tire installed. 6 hrs later I’m ready to take a ride only to find tire is flat🤦🏼‍♂️ Took it in the next day and the fixed it right up. No charge! The whole staff is a delight.

Took my new to me scooter over to Solano for an oil change,and asked the staff to give it a good once over for anything I might have missed when I purchased it. What outstanding service,and for a price that can't be beat.The mechanic even turned my kickstart pedal around which was mounted backwards and replaced a missing bolt on my rear fender.No pushy up sale for unnecessary service,just fast, professional,fair & honest service & price. I came in the door super friendly. off the back, I was just asking about an electric bike next thing. You know I'm outside testing them and seeing what I like. I eventually went with a dirt bike. I did not know they were illegal, I. Came back she helped me. She let me return it and got my electric bike. I never go to bike shops cause I don't trust them. But I 110%, trust them. And this is an amazing company, amazing person.
