Solar Wash Car Wash

Usually does great, but today I paid for the deluxe because I needed an undercarriage wash due to salt on roads, and it didn't do that part of the wash.

My first time at this car wash. I paid $16 for the works. And it didn’t even work. It said thank you for payment and drive-through. Nothing happened. A fellow Customer nearby said the same thing happened to him last week. I want my money back.

I spent $10 at the car wash and they charged my card an additional $8 for absolutely no reason. Crooks!!!

Im here now, the laser touchlesd took my money and nothing happened, and then it said thank u ,i want my money back are there any human beings that run this facility with a munute morale conscience, that would like to reimburse a 64 year-old woman who already works extremely hard for a living.

Went to use the soft touch wash, and during the process the car wash started messing up. Got in contact with the number and they let me know that I wasn’t the only one with the issue, and that I could use another wash bay for cleaning off the rest of the way. They allowed refund due to the inconvenience of the breakdown of the soft touch wash and for having to rinse it down. Customer service is top notch at the solar wash. I would go back even with the hiccup the car wash had because of the way the situation was handled.
