I went to Son’s Auto Repair and Body since May due to my car being involved in an accident in Garden Grove city. He helped me call the AAA insurance company to notify them that my car will be fixed here however he was very polite, nice, chill, and respectful with good manners to fix the car to look as brand new. I love it and he charged me for renting a vehicle for only $30 that a fair deal price. Finally, I really appreciate your honesty, gesture, and conscientiousness of your hard work in fixing my car and other people's cars as well. They tell you they’ll fix but they don’t. Waste of time and money!!! Went to get a flush and they charge me $200 to only do a oil change! DO DONT COME HERE!!!! The good reviews here it’s definitely them and their family or friends because they SUCK!!!!!

NEVER!! Fix your car at this place. First of all, they don’t speak clear English , really hard to understand. They said they would fix my problem, and at the end of the day, they couldn’t. Then they used the language barrier as an excuse, saying they never said they would fix it. I spent money for nothing. I went there to fix my problem, spent money, and the problem’s still not solved. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , not even my worst enemy.

The mechanics do not have any certificates and know nothing about repairing cars. If you do not mind to spend money for unknowledgeable guys to damage your cars, just give them a try. They will hesitate to keep your cars for several months without any improvements.

Son is an honest guy. He does not make up stuffs like other mechanics. He always gave me good pricing and discounts. This shop is busy so they need some time to fix the cars.
