Don’t answer phone calls. Make you jump through hoops filling out RMA forms for items that are KNOWN ISSUES then when you finally get them everything they need they say you should hear back in 3 business days and boom, radio silence, nothing back from them and you call and still can’t get anyone on the line. Better hope that your parts work because if not even if it’s a KNOW ISSUE on their end (ie faulty hoses) good luck getting replacements

In my case is just drop and hook so I don’t have any issues trying to find someone to assist me.
