I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I got a flat tire in the middle of a 10-hour drive home, and Chance Son happened to be the closest tire shop, a very lucky coincidence. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help. They fixed my tire immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The level of care and generosity I received felt completely genuine. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and if I ever find myself in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. P.S. thank you for letting my dogs hang out and be your working dogs for the hour! You guys are great.

Had flat while traveling on vacation. Was able to get mini spare on but couldn't drive far on it. Son's Tire was just a few miles down the road. They had the tire repaired and was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Good people.

I always bought tires from this place and service was always great. However about three months ago I sent my daughter over there to have a tire replace and the tire they sold me was bad. My SUV never rode so rough that bad tire had my truck pulling across the road couldn’t keep it in the rode. So I decided to go back and talk to the guy about my problem. He took a look at every tire but the one he had sold my daughter. And he told me that it wasn’t that tire and it was another tire. So I told him my plans were not to buy another tire today. I was hoping he would just change the bad one out for one that was in better shape however, it didn’t happen. My tire light gauge was still on he went and got his computer to check and see which tire it was and he told me I could be having electrical p

My daughter had her car aligned and they did a wonderful job and so I took my Porsche panamera 4 over there today and had new tires put on it there!! They did an excellent job on it! And if you buy the tires through them? ( Which were a great price!) They mounted and balanced them for free! I will definitely be back anytime one of my vehicles need anything!!!!

The best people you could ever work with for your tires! They really know what they’re doing and always make sure you get the best deal possible. Highly recommended!
