Was out with my grandkids looking at lights when we stopped to eat and starter went out on our truck.Soots towing got there quickly and got us safely home.Driver was super polite.Highly recommend.

I have road side assistance with Erie Insurance! They dispatched SOOT HAPPENS at 4:30 am. What an amazing experience! As I received multiple messages with Erica tracking where my driver was and time frame of arrival let know that communication between the two companies was top notch! The gentleman that came out ( wish I remembered his name ) was outstanding. I had a flat tier for him to change, he did it professionally and in record time. The whole process from the initial first call had me on my way in 40 minutes! Love that he gave me a card to place in my wallet ( like a doctor ) hope I don’t need you but should I, I know exactly who to request to come save the day! Thank you!
