Incredible products, I’ve been a customer for about a decade and have fitted multiple products of theirs on my cars. Great communication and high value pricing for what you get. I recently got two sets of custom lightweight forged wheels from their wheel company (soul forged wheels) as well, and am ecstatic. I had the most incredible end to end experience working with Evan on getting a center bypass + valved side mufflers for my 997.2 c4s. What a solid group of professionals, I even got to tour the facility and see some of the fabrication. There are cheaper options out there, but you know what they say about being penny wise and pound foolish… SOUL truly cares for their craft and it shows in their service, patience for educating customers, and hawk-eyed attention to detail. I've purchased a few items for my 997.1 from Soul over the last year. Some exhaust items, and more recently a set of custom forged wheels. First and foremost, their customer service is the gold standard for every other company to follow. I have had a couple warranty issues and some questions about ordering products and custom wheels and everyone I have dealt with has been amazing. Sam Pickford has been especially great to work with. Super responsive, friendly, and always willing to help out. Glad to see there are still companies like Soul with high standards and quality.

After using many other exhaust for our Porsche. We really love Soul because of the service, quality and overall an A+ experience. These guys know their stuff and make an awesome product for a reasonable price point. Keep at it guys!

After some research, I decided that I wanted a Soul exhaust for my Porsche 911 which was lacking Porsche sports exhaust. I emailed Soul and within a day John got back to me and we talked about the different options. I placed an order which was predicted to take approximately four weeks, but in a little less than that, it arrived at the installer. Very happy with the performance and the overall sound! I also paired it with a soft Tronics tune, and together the two modifications give you a real boost and the seat of the pants feel of the car. Very impressed with Soul performance products and the customer service that I received. I would absolutely recommend them.
