I called SoulSpeed Performance genuinely excited and ready to spend money. I was interested in installing a blow-off valve on my Mustang and wanted to speak with a professional who could guide me and earn my business long-term. I approached the call with respect and enthusiasm, expecting the same level of professionalism in return. Instead, I was met with impatience and disrespect. The person on the phone was short, dismissive, and at one point said, “Do I have to pull every question out of your mouth?” This was especially upsetting because I have a speech impediment that can cause slight pauses when I speak. Being spoken to that way was not only unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect. I was ready to trust this shop

SoulSpeed is top notch. They worked on my 95 miata's suspension, exhaust, and even some body modifications. They're patient with me and answered questions thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were fast, too. Fair pricing. I intend on going back to get transmission work done. Go see these guys.
