Great company to work with. Was able to get most of the process done remotely and gave us a clear understanding of payment options. When we arrived we did the test drive, documents where sent via email. Quick and painless car-buying experience.

Went with my grandson to get a vehicle. Was not greeted with a hello or a handshake but with a "What ya need"? Than when my grandson said he'd been responding with someone online about a vehicle the guy says...I don't know who that is??? Then when my grandson ask to test drive the guy said well...I'm gonna need driver's license and definitely proof of insurance??? What the hell??? We've been looking for vehicles all week in different places. NO-ONE has asked for proof of insurance the dang car lot is supposed to have that if they are letting people test drive?? ANYWAY then the guy (he never introduced himself) sees us coming back in with the key but didn't even get off his butt to come into the office area to get us? Bought a nice truck but the owner was very rude. Did not introduce himself. He was only concerned with making his employees push and push several times for me to write a review before I left with my truck. I told them I would do it when I got home every single time they asked. If you want to piss customers off and keep them away, that’s a good way to do it. The process should be smooth and welcoming. The engine code that you cleared came back on the next morning for a cam shaft position sensor , and a few other things. . Lucky for you I know what the issue is and can get fixed but not without removing the intake and the belt, etc… But that’s shady business practice! You shoulda had that fixed already.
