South Bay Body Shop

Amazing experience at this shop! The car looks fantastic, they communicated well, and the car was delivered ahead of time. We had previously had a car repaired at a different shop and the difference from them to South Bay Body is night and day. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing repairs.

Stopped by, needed repair on my front bumper. John who was at the front desk helped me with everything. He's great and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. If you need work done on your vehicle go here . They have great customer care and do fantastic work!

Would not recommend facility . I had to bring my car back numerous times because of the bad cosmetic paint job but also because either they tried to cheap out on the fix and not fix anything that was mechanically wrong and just do the cosmetic work . I had to really fight to try and make things right . In the end I was not happy with How long everything took and all of the back-and-forth if everything would’ve been done right the first time. They had to repaint the car . And I had to tell them my car was making a clicking noise. It wasn’t doing that before the crash I had to request for them to take my car to a mechanic, and it would have never even been checked . They say they found nothing wrong with it, but after I got it back, the noise diminished a lot they had Left no paper trail for

Great customer service from the start. Patty was so awesome. I didn't have rental car coverage so she had my repairs done a week early! The results are amazing! They went above and beyond and I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you everyone at Southbay Auto for the excellent service and care you gave me.

Came here and the to say the service is the best around can’t be emphasized enough!!!! Yeah we go to body shops and they take our money and send us on our way. I’ve been elsewhere in town before. Not here. They told me it would look like it never happened. My truck is new, like brand new. I can’t find it now that it’s done. I did find a little spot , brought it back and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. Great customer service and I finally feel like I got what I paid for. THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH!!!!!! Never going anywhere else ever again
