Update: I've visited a third time and had a similarly excellent experience. The techs were able to take care of the spark plugs, transfer case fluid, and engine air filter for my car. Now the car operates smoothly as if it were new. I'm very happy with the quality of work and customer service. My repair order was a little unique - I had some leftover parts from my purchase, so there was confusion about the costs on the initial service. Rather than take to the internet to complain, or worse, just swallow the issue, I gave Brian at South Lake the opportunity to explain the work that was done, justify the work that was suggested, and reconcile the small financial difference that my unique situation required. I cannot say enough good about Russell and the other staff at South Lake European. I was looking to purchase a '17 A6 Competition from a dealer in Washington state. I'm in Wisconsin. South Lake did a through inspection of the car that gave me great insight to the true condition of the car. This included a full scan of the ECU for codes and taking pictures of the true condition of the car. A6s of these years have a couple known issues. This car had a couple of them. Helped me determine additional repairs I'd have to do in the garage and if I even "wanted" to do them. Russell and the other management earned my full trust. They even agreed to act as my representatives there. They agreed to pick up the vehicle at time of transaction and store it until the transport co. picked up. U
