This was my first time at this location, and it was much better than the other dealership I used to go to. Alex, my service advisor, made the whole experience smooth. He was personable, friendly, and detailed in explaining everything, and I really appreciated how transparent he was with the pricing, no surprises at all. Best of all, I didn’t have to wait for hours; everything was done quickly and efficiently thanks to Antonio, the technician. I’ll definitely be coming back here thanks to Alex and Antonio!

Bought my new 2025 Ram truck a few months ago. Experience was great. Raul and the team made everything go so smoothly. Took very good care of me. Highly recommend this place to buy a vehicle or for service. Very happy with the truck I bought. Had many compliments on the truck so far.

Had a damaged tire on Thursday eve that was thought to be covered by my tire road hazard plan. Called first thing Friday, was told service adviser would call back. Three hours later no call, called back, was told I’d be called back by end of day. After two more calls to dealership and my number given to two advisers and leaving voicemails when transferred, I still couldn’t get adviser on the phone and nobody returned my call. Called Saturday, was transferred/left voicemail/never heard back - called back and finally got an adviser on phone who said warranty dept. isn’t there Saturday so would have to wait to Monday so see if I’m covered and create work order. Quick, fair priced, great staff. Communication was flawless. I also had an incident where my whole mirror console fell down and they fixed it at no charge. Highly recommend.

Terribly inefficient. I have an oil change package and dread coming in due to inefficiency. To the point where we don’t use it. Left my vehicle in the past and it took a month to get back. Was told my Cherokee was ready this morning after leaving for four days for a diagnostic check and am sitting now waiting for 20+ minutes again for them to finish. It is just an insanely inefficient shop. With them seeming to not care. I’m so frustrated!!!
