I have been here twice, and I can confidently say that they are an extremely honest business. 1st time my A/C was not blowing cold. Knowing nothing about cars, they could have told me anything or everything needed to be replaced. Instead, they said I just need the A/C to be recharged. Quickly done and out the door, and it has been working well ever since. The 2nd time I noticed fluid leaking from my car onto my driveway. Again, they could have told me anything pertaining to what would cause a leak and charged me for it. Turns out that the quick-stop oil place I went to didn't tighten my filter all the way. These are Honest People at fair prices!!

Great place! Between the dealer and the internet I was expecting repairs to add up into the thousands. I dropped my car off on a Wed evening to be looked at Thurs, got a call Thurs morning with a diagnosis and a price much better than expected and was told it would be ready Fri or maybe Monday depending on parts availability. Friday I got a call, my car was ready for pick up with the bill being exactly what was quoted. The woman behind the counter couldn't have been nicer.

From the very first interaction with the old blond lady at the front desk, her condescending tone and rude demeanor should have been my red flag. Unfortunately, I was in need, so I left my car (a Nissan Z that started but died shortly after) with them. I made the mistake of mentioning I thought it might be the fuel pump. When I returned, that same old rude front desk woman told me, almost smugly, “you were right, it was the fuel pump” and quoted me over $700 for the repair. Thankfully, I had my car towed back home instead. A mobile mechanic came out and fixed the actual issue—a blown fuse behind the battery—in no time.
