WARNING!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! I had my timing belt replaced here and it snapped in less than a year. When I got it serviced I expressed my concerns about the hastily glued together timing belt cover and the fact that I could clearly see the timing belt through the cover. The belt did not look new or in good condition right off the bat. I took it back to them after expressing my concerns and they brushed me off saying it was fine and not even looking at it. Now my car is a total loss! Worst service ever!

Cory found out what the issue with my AC in my wife's car within the first 10 min of being there for AC service. Replaced the AC condenser and AC is working perfectly now. Highly recommended. Fair prices as well. Honest mechanic.

First time I used the place and it gets 5 stars! My air conditioning was blowing lukewarm air and they checked it out and gave me an estimate. Mike was wonderful he showed me what was wrong and fixed the a/c. The a/c works perfect and no over charging. I liked the fact that he took the the time to explain everything. This is now my go to place for my car problems. 5 stars people!

I have been bringing my car to Mike at South Shore Auto for about 5-6 years for smog and repairs. Today, I had my car towed to be looked at, and after 3 hours, Tony said there was nothing he could do. Apparently, my engine blew. After Tony got my car pushed into a parking spot, I asked how much I owed him for his time checking out my car. He said, " Nothing, just get the car out of here." In a rude tone. I asked why was he treating me like that? I started to cry. I was upset about my car already but then to be told get it out of here, like I had done something bad? No. Mike would have never treated me like that. Mike is always compassionate when I'm stressed out about my car breaking down or the cost of repairs. I have never dealt with Tony before and will never do so sgain.
