My salesman Jusstin was amazing. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and he walked me through the entire process answering all of my questions and any concerns I had. Also, the manager Carlos was a sweetheart, making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

Made an appointment for 730 got there at 7:15 nine cars were ahead of me. I went in and asked them if I’m still on for a 730 appointment one it was 735 and they said they had to take care of the first nine cars that were ahead of me so I asked what’s the point of making a 730 appointment if it’s not at 7:30 and the guy upfront wearing a chain white goatee tells me well. There’s people ahead of you that I have to wait. Everything has turned to shit once Jesse left. I do not recommend.

Leased a vehicle through south shore that included 3 years of service. I brought in my car for oil change when I was notified I owed the full price bc they are now under new ownership and won’t honor the past owners agreements. This ownership was announced a month ago, so if you have a car previously purchased before last month with service agreements, don’t go here

They do a good job servicing the car. It's hard finding a service place to trust. I have been to 6 different places to take care of my car, but I just take it to Nissan now. They have seating inside while you wait. Update: They're still great.

We had a great experience at South Shore Nissan. We worked with Ada and she was so sweet and easy to work with! I highly recommend this location to make your car buying/leasing easy!
