If we could give zero stars we would. Body shaming a woman in gym clothes, sexually harassing a minor female, and calling us homeless. I took my wet clothes and bedding out of the machines and left. No wonder you have no business. Also, I know how to wash my own laundry, I do not need you to micromanage my laundry day. I also believe I will be contacting local law enforcement for your harassment of my 14 year old daughter. Drive somewhere else to do your laundry.

Machines have rust, low water pressure, had to use my own water to flush the soap through. Owner or manager kind of rude. Will not be returning. Edit, the manager or owner left and a very nice lady attendant came in, she was very helpful. Updated to 2 stars for her only, overall place is not great.

Staff severely disrespectful. A lady named Loretta made me feel dumb because a machine is out of order and told me “it’s obvious”. Community is nicer than her, because another gal who was doing laundry offered me her machine when it was done. I felt ignored and she shows that she does not want to be here.

Machines work very well, some seem to be getting upgraded as well. It’s very clean and there’s a lot of space which is great!

Happy how early it’s open! The machines were clean. I witness the attendant clean the washers and rinse it which is very nice compared to other places. I also really appreciated the ‘no pet blankets’ sign. I don’t have to worry about my CLEAN clothes getting other peoples animals hair stuck on them. Thank you for that! Also really open environment which is nice. Dryers were a hit or miss, but I didn’t mind it cause they dried a good 95%. Staff was also welcoming and friendly!
