If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, entire place felt super sketchy I was “helped” by a girl named Claudia she had the worst customer service she didnt even tell me what vehicle I was going to apply for, first said we were approved with 0 down then would come back saying something completely different then I had forgotten my id and when I went back for it they had a whole pile of ids I could just imagine how many ids they don’t return

We bought a Pre-Owned truck from this dealer and the overall experience was positive. We like the vehicle and I feel like the price was fair and comparable to other trucks like it. My only complaint is that we were promised a full detail and cleaning of the truck and waited 10 days to receive it and when we finally picked it up, it was still obviously not fully cleaned. My 12 year old could have done a better job. There were water spots all over the seats and there was still trash and items leftover from the previous owner all throughout the vehicle. I took it home and wiped it down and cleaned the upholstery myself which was just a very frustrating experience to wait so long for a vehicle to supposedly be serviced and then receive something still so dirty looking. Very unprofessional. Oth
