I had to pay for my truck impound here due to a series of serious unfortunate events involving my son using it. But they were absolutely as courteous and kind as they could be and help me through the process considering I was not a really happy for participant in the process. And that's about what you can expect as the best from the business like this. Good decent people. Just doing their job. There was no damage to my vehicle which is a very expensive high-end truck and the cost was pretty reasonable.

Absolutely awful. I would leave less than one star if even remotely possible. I bought a car from Rob Reeves who was located at this shop, along with Kolors next to it at the beginning of the year. Rob Reeves stated he would fix the breaks, all I had to do was bring it back when the parts came in. I have the written bill of sale stating the same thing. Fast forward a week, I message him asking about the parts & why the A/C was blowing hot & he said he would look into the A/C issue & see if the break parts came in. Never heard anything. A few weeks pass, so I reach out again & he said the same thing. I said okay. A few more weeks pass & I’m now blocked on messenger, phone, the office phone & his personal. They've had my vehicle for over 6 weeks now with no real honest updates for an engine swap I had it back 1 day was stranded when the engine stopped and have damages because they couldn't even pick it up with with their wrecker service. I'm not sure how they could do worse. And now they won't answer.

Workers are so kind and generous. Fixed both my cars in no time. They even had a sense of humor which made the 10-15 minute wait worth it. Definitely my go-to mechanics.

Purchased a bike from these guys. The son did not provide the necessary documents and used an excuse to get out of giving me the title. Asked later about the bike to see all that he has done and he is continuing to ignore me. I broke down the bike and what I have seen on this engine is horrendous. PLEASE do NOT bring your bikes or cars to this mechanic. Very sketchy people. I talked to someone that lives in ozark and they are known for doing terrible work.
