I bought a vehicle a BMW from Roy went to the bank gave him the check went on a Thursday morning to sign the paperwork so he could take the paperwork to the registry. He promised he would Have the registration and tags on Friday Friday afternoon he calls me and tells me he forgot to go to the registry that I would have to wait until Monday. I call him Monday morning at 7:30. And he tells me that he has prior appointment in Ashland and that I would have to wait until he’s done with his appointment order for me to get my tags and registration you would think since he’s been paid in full that I would be a priority since he made the mistake and forgot to go to the registry prior here it is Monday and I am still waiting for Roy to show up at his car dealership with my tags and registration. I w

not sure how to write them we showed up on November 21st which was a Thursday middle of the day waited in the parking lot knocked on the doors nobody was there we called off the message cash in hand before we were interested in two cars I was going to buy one of them that day but nobody was there and they never replied to my phone calls Edit after viewing the site and commenting on a car Roy contacted me right away and was flexible with a price on my Kia soul. Thanks Roy. He and his son both made my already stress filled purchase an ease.

I've been dealing with Roy for years at multiple car dealerships. He is a stand-up guy and does not overcharge for frivolous items. For those reading reviews and are hesitant please click on the poor scoring customers name and you will see a pattern of negative reviews. Some folks will find fault with Mother Teresa! Shop around then go to Southbridge St. Auto Sales you will be glad you did!
