I do business with a lot of different car lots, and all the sales staff here are genuine, good people. I have seen them work hard with people in order to meet their needs. They seem to have a deep understanding about their customers circumstances, whatever they may be. Really really wanted to form a relationship with this dealership. My first call was handled by a really sweet young lady who was informative and personable. Things took a terrible turn immediately after that. I submitted the finance application three times. Each time, I called, spoke to Thomas and was told that my app hadn't come through. After picture messaging him the completed app, I stopped hearing from anyone. I got a 2012 Jeep Liberty that had a check engine light showing. They said it was just because they had to jump start the car.
