One more time I have to give it to them in 7 years I have used them four times , my last two times have been Jose the driver , today it was a bit crazy because a driver rear ended him when he was about to get to me . I seen it when the driver rushed through the light turning red and hit the tow Truck . He kept it profesional police was call and the person made the report . He got my truck hooked and got me to Jax safe and with no rush . Thank you Jose , I will always call you guys , because of people like you .

Driver drives dangerously and speeds. Did 80-90 down a 55 on 301. Also tailgates and hogs the fast lane. Reporting to DOT.

I can't comment on the company other than they have a very skilled & patient driver in the Jax FL area that I am so thankful for the work he does. Driver William 'Bill' has towed our truck twice. We were concerned about our water tank & stuff underneath the truck & attached to the back. Bill was mindful to it all! He took his time & made sure to hooked up and reinforce in a way that didn't put those things at risk. He explained what he was doing as to reassure us that our food truck was in good hands. During the entire time, it was so hot outside(95'). Bill didn't skip a beat & laid down on that boiling hot road to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend these folks. I had 2 quality experiences with them. They responded quickly, brought the proper equipment, and were flexible enough to take care of the family and pet. Driver was careful with my vehicle and very nice.
