I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership. I traveled from 2 hours away for this car and they made the process of buying a car without my parents for the first time so incredibly easy. It was quick, they were honest, they wanted me to be happy and they WANTED to watch me get my dream car. They WANTED to work with me. I honestly see those huge dealerships much differently now after comparing my husband’s experience with a large multi-store dealership and my experience with Southern Hills. I seriously couldn’t recommend them more. I’m beyond happy. Drove home crying because I was so excited and so happy about this car. I specifically worked with Shane Whited! I have so many great things to say ab my experience with Southern Hills Auto. First they are 100% honest with their customers. Thats very hard to come by especially these days. I drove in the lot stopped to look at 2024 Buick Enclave, Shane approached and told me give him 20 min and he would have a deal for me. Honestly I didnt believe him bc that never happens at dealerships. He 100+% kept his word. He had a deal for me in 10 min. I have never gone to buy a car and drove away with a great car in less than an hr. No hassle, No pressure sales tactics and No dragging it out making it an all day ordeal. Shane was our salesman and he was incredible - easy going, confident that he had a good vehicle to fit our needs, and more than accommodating throughout the entire buying process! We drove in from 3 hours away and the trip was absolutely worth it.
