I always went to this place to change the oil in my car and I never had problems with the men who were in charge before! A month ago I went to change the oil and it was bad my car is throwing oil I returned to the place that now serve two Hispanic men and their answer was (that was not their problem that another woman had already gone commenting the same thing) I had to go to another place to change the oil again and whoever attended me told me that the guys had left something open that's why my car was throwing oil. I don't recommend this place anymore! Before it was reliable now not!!!!! I had to pay twice for a service all because in the first change they didn't do it well!

I’ve been using Southern Services for over a decade for oil changes and state inspections. They have always been fast and friendly. This time, however, I took my 2013 Toyota Tacoma in for inspection and when I went to pay they had charged me an extra $10 for the inspection. When I asked why, he replied because of window tinting. I explained that I had never added tinting and he said I had because he could see a line on the windows. I further explained that I bought the vehicle brand new from the dealership and they all came with tinting. Furthermore, I said in all the times I’ve had it inspected, I’ve never been charged for tinting. He smugly replied that “no one must have ever checked it”. Seriously?? In the 12 years I’ve owned the vehicle no one has noticed the tinting or charged me for

Avoid this place! They will ruin your car! I went here for an oil change. It was very quick but as soon as I drove off I knew something was wrong. They overfilled my engine oil and it caused the engine to run rough and stall. My transmission also started slipping right afterwards. I took it back and they said they accidentally added the oil twice so 11 quarts instead of 5.5. they drained half of the oil and the truck ran much better but the transmission was still slipping. There was transmission fluid all over underneath and they probably drained it thinking it was the oiI plug and once they realized their mistake decided not to tell me. I had to pay jiffy lube $179 to fill my transmission fluid back up and they confirmed the pan was emptied. Absolutely the worst possible oil change ever

I just went there this morning to do oil change. The young black man that works there took truck inside. Then he comes out and tells me that they don't take the enterprise fleet management. I don't if that's true or not. But anyway from my understanding to life, when we got there the got there the guy was setting on chair looking at us( he wasn't not doing anything) with his hands in pocket and it took him 1 min to get up no motivation or wanting to work . I'm sorry We were driving on US 1 and we noticed that the hood was about to pop. They didn't shut it as they supposed too

Let me preface the following story with this: these guys have always got the job done quick and done right. However recently when I went to get my oil changed & state inspection done, an accident occured that resulted in a screw getting stripped. They were very professional about it, gave me the oil change and inspection for no cost, put on a temp fix, and even set me up with a nearby auto shop to get the issue fixed (they even paid for that!) Excellent customer service, owner understands the value of customer loyalty 👍 These are my go-to guys
