BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!! Please read full review... Where to start.... the owner is a liar and a flat out scammed. He makes promises that he NEVER delivers on. My parents trusted Will and his shop to fix their F-150. Back in April they took thir truck to him for him to do a repair. Not even a week later it had to go back and they were told "not to worry, it will be fixed as warranty work." Fast forward to today, I had to have a wrecker go pick up their truck after NUMEROUS ignored texts and phone calls. Not only were they told they had to buy the parts up front because "he couldn't afford to so they'd have to if they wanted their truck fixed", which against better judgements they did ($1600 in parts) but it was always the answer of "oh my guys are working on it as we speak" or " I promise

My mom's truck has been at this shop since October 9th. I just went by 2 check on the truck. It has been wrecked or hit and is still sitting there, And his little helper was just a smart alec, and would not answer any questions, and we haven't even been able to get ahold of him. She's about to be moving out of state And he told her, that her truck would be ready In a week, there's no way all the windows are out of it and so much stuff is unplugged and it's totally torn apart, And I know that water has gotten into it bc I saw that there's now water damage in her new headlights she just put on her f350 he has already gotten $3000 from her which she will be getting back. Took my truck to southern star, Will and his mechanic are awesome!! Their pricing is great and work is top notch! They work with you on getting whatever needs to be done with your vehicle and even check back to make sure everything is working the way it should…. Out of all the places I have taken my truck, this place rates number 1!! I will never take it anywhere else. Thank you for being honest with what is wrong and working the problems without issues.

GREAT spot if you're having any car or truck trouble in the Houston area. ALSO WORKS ON BIG RIGS!! Small location so you can't fit in with your trailer, but definitely worth the trip, grade A services, quick work, and reasonable prices. The owner William is one of the coolest people you'll ever meet.
