The one star is only because the car itself is nice and I do like it. Be on full alert in your dealings here though. Dot EVERY I and cross EVERY T with this place. I had a written OTD deal that was also agreed to in documented texts and when I went to sign and close it, it was $368 higher. I had to beg to get $165 of that off and agree to pay the added $203 over the previously agreed OTD just as a good faith gesture to close the deal. I drove a long ways to make the deal and they took advantage of that. Additionally, during the test drive I specifically asked about a second key and the salesman replied, “We don’t keep them together; the second key is separated so they aren’t both lost at the same time.”.
