Southern Tire Mart at Pilot

Scammers. I was charged $421 for one brake chamber. At other Pilot locations, the same brake chamber installation costs $167–180. I know this for a fact and have replaced many brake chambers myself. This price was not disclosed or approved in advance. This is fraudulent and predatory pricing, taking advantage of drivers in emergency situations. Avoid this location. Always get prices in writing.

Arrived on a Saturday at 1:50pm . Supposed to be open from 6am to 10pm every day. Lady at desk response was: you can check in but I don't know at what time the next tech will come .. probably 3 to 4 hrs wait time cause they don't know their employees schedule. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I checked in at 3pm for a dot inspection. They said they would call me in an hour (they didn't). I went inside at 5:30pm to check when they could get to me and they said their mechanic didn't come in. I have no idea why this guy was even in the office if they have no mechanic to do any work. At that point just lock up and go home.

The women at the desk (service writer)was very nice and kind and a pleasure to talk to the guys in the back very fast and on the spot had a starter replaced in and out under two hours the best experience at a shop I have ever had anywhere HIGHLY recommend this place exceptional service thank you guys for everything

Quick and courtesy service. Keke does an Outstanding job at organizing customers and incoming traffic. I was impressed.
