Southern Tire Mart

The service at Southern Tire Mart could definitely be improved especially from the people in the office. When customers are waiting, it feels like the office staff don’t pay enough attention or acknowledge who’s in front of them. A little more focus on the customers in the lobby and better communication would go a long way toward making the experience smoother and more professional.

Store manager Dustin was incompetent, not knowledgeable at all about tires. Also the service manager and the woman in billing were very unprofessional, cursing up a storm, speaking profanities. The woman in billing was also yelling at the employees in the service area. I have been to other Southern Tire Mart locations and they have been great! I will not return to this location again.

The team here is unbelievably awesome! I was coming in for new tires on my trailer and as I was coming in my rear axel on my trailer caught on fire caused by a seized bearing. Dustin saw me rolling by and before I was able to get out of my truck to extinguish the fire when I parked Dustin was out there putting out the fire. Now that’s awesome service from the start. Clark jumped in to help find someone to repair the damages, bad bearings possibly a hub and a blown airbag caused by the fire. Awaiting parts now but it blows my mind from everyone I’ve encountered of how much they’ve help me so far. I’m telling you all this team here knows great service. I can’t thank them enough for all the efforts to trying to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

Had a super single blow on the 70 heading eastbound called Randall and he got me a tire and a tech to come out. Joshua arrived and got the tire on and ready to go in less than 1 hour. Props to these guys! And, it cost me 1/5 what Loves or TA was going to charge and 5 hours less time.
