Went to Dublin for a truck recovery... shockingly, the truck had been in an accident unbeknownst to me 🙄. Anyway, it's pushing 4pm and my company tells me to take it to Dorsey. (They close at 5pm). I head over because I was dropped off with no real way to make it back home yet. Get there around 3:50 or so and had about 3 trucks ahead of me. I proceeded inside of the mechanic shop and met with... Amber? I think it was Amber. She's a real pistol of a coordinator for this shop. She proceeds to organize the shop, order the part I needed, and got the young man working on my truck within 20 mins. I KNEW I was spending the night in Dublin but her since of urgency got me home for the night. So, hopefully, this review finds Amber in good spirits.
