Southern tire Mart has always been about their customers they take very good are they customers they have Nancy at the front desk she does a great job of taking care of people along with the other staff a&a do a fish fry once a year to show their appreciation to all their customer and the fish is very very good every time

Jimmy the Mechanic is a 5 star employee. He is always so nice and professional. Also Terry at the front desk is so nice to the customer and alway make u feel welcome

I’ve been to STM in three other states and this is the only location I’ve ever been to that disrespected my time. After waiting patiently for more than an hour for them to do one tractor in front of me, I watched them pull people from behind me to the empty adjacent bay and start working on their tires instead. Kudos to the STM in West Memphis, Midway, and Baton Rouge, but the folks at the Memphis location have convinced me to go back to Love’s for tires and stay there.

Andy one of the service techs was a great guy would recommend him to anyone coming through Memphis he went above and beyond to help me on the side of the road definitely a life saver

Mike is the man 3 axle alignment. Rode smooth like a brand new truck not one with over 250 thousand!!!
