Southern Tire Mart

I bought 8 drive truck tires in March 22/23, gladiator brand. Less than two months, I already lost two tires that blow up on me on the freeway. Terrible experience!!

Southern Tire Mart was immediately responsive and incredible with helping me today. Our bobtail truck got a flat tire in San Mateo. The first company I called didn't do mobile repair, the second local company told me it could - but then game me the run around after 2 hours and couldn't. Southern Tire Mart was referred to me from another local company - what a blessing. Dennis and Jeff were very kind and jumped through hoops to help me - as our crew had been "waiting" for mobile tire repair help for 3 hours. Their technician arrived when Jeff said he would and replaced the tire within 45 minutes. Very grateful and wish I had found them first! I will keep their number and call them anytime this happens again. Thank you!

These guys that are running the company down here in Oakland do what they want when they want to do it with with their feet kicked up on the desk telling me that I have to wait an hour to get service. So just imagine how long it would take if you are out on the road and I'm sitting right in front of here to kill time. Where are the real bosses I guess they're not around that's why they do what they do.
