This was my first time visiting Southfield Auto Repair & Service, and I had an entirely positive experience. Abe provided attentive, top-notch customer service from start to finish. Simone, who diagnosed and serviced my car, was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me while keeping me informed throughout the process. The service was completed in a timely manner and met all expectations. I truly appreciated the professionalism and pride they take in their work. While I hope I don’t need additional auto repairs anytime soon, I would absolutely return and confidently refer others here if they do.

Southfield Auto Repair & Service saved me a lot of money. The Ford dealership quoted me $3,800, but this shop completed the auto repair and suspension work for about $2,400. Great service, honest pricing, and my car drives great now. If you need a reliable mechanic or auto repair in Southfield, I highly recommend them. Ask for Abe — he took great care of me.

I brought my car in for a second opinion and they were able to replace my brakes and repair my exhaust for less than a nearby chain quoted me for just brakes. Abe was very professional and helpful. They had my car less than 24 hours and fixed what I needed. They also looked over a few other items that the chain said I needed fixed but those repairs weren't necessary at this time. I appreciate the honesty, affordable pricing and quick service. I will definitely be back in the future!

I live out east in macomb county but this is one of the very few places I can say I trust working on my car, there’s not really a place I found that’s better. They are very straightforward, no upselling, and very reasonably priced for the work done. I had suspension work done (Control arm, ball joint, struts) and my ride is a lot smoother, my bones thank you. I asked for a tire rotation as well and they threw it in for free and fixed the door jamb cushion too. I’m very happy with the job they did and will definitely be back in the future! :D
