I had recently brought in my 2023 Nissan Rouge for service. I had a service appointment for 9:00am. I had arrived 10 minutes early. I was second from the front of the line. No service advisor was available. I'd finally got a service advisor. Not the one originally assigned to me. I was in for an oil change and service recall (turbo hose). I had previously indicated this would be a vehicle wait. I had seen my vehicle advisor once during this wait. This was to upsell me on a $60.00 air filter. I've found them online for between $11.00 to $15.00 dollars. I wanted to support this dealership. I had agreed to this. I had used my Nissan App to check on my vehicle. The app showed that my vehicle's hood was closed/ doors were locked. This was at the 1 1/2 wait mark. I had approached the service ad

Matt from Service department is the worst! So horrible service!

Took my car in for a couple recall items, and they also caught that my battery was corroding and needed some attention. Their shuttle service was prompt and the driver Lionel was so friendly! When I came back to pick up the car, they had washed it. Always a great experience when I'm at Tamaroff. Will continue taking my car there for service as long as I own it!

It was excellent. I love coming to your service area. All staff is friendly. Jason, my service tech always explain things to me. He never tries to pressure me into buying extras. If a particular service is going to be needed soon he lets me know and the cost. This allows me to save and put it in my budget.
