The customer service was excellent. They literally put a motor in my car within 2 days.. They did follow up texts to make sure my car was riding good. And the people were friendly and courteous .

my 535i bmw was literally smoking from coolant hose l the day before i brought it in to Redford Auto Repair and they have me a free inspection and quote, brought it in tn next day and they saved my car with a new coolant hose , very affordable price as well, will be back again

I was completely satisfied with the outcome but additional work due to an electrical fault was required. I expect to have work done in the future.

I spent $3,100 and they gave me a bad transmission. And they refuse to take responsibility for it. I have taken my truck to 3 other shops and they all say my transmission is bad. But Redford Auto says my transmission is fine . Never dealing with them again
