Pretty sure Tony is an actual angel on earth. Nicest guy ever. Never once did I feel taken advantage of as a woman. He was so kind, honest, and fast. Took my car in for some minor cosmetic scratches and he turned it around in 24 hours as he said he would and quoted me such a reasonable and fair price that I want to gatekeep him, but it’s not fair, everyone should know how fantastic he is. Tony makes me believe there are good people in this world.

If I could, I would give them 10 stars! This is the best car shop to bring your car to, if you want your car to look brand new! I got into a car accident and the front of my car needed to be fixed. Southie Auto Service team did the best job! My car looks brand new or even better! I was in a similar accident last year and I had it fixed in a different place and I was sooo unhappy with the way the other place fixed it. After Southie took care of my car this time, I cannot find the words to say how happy and grateful I am that I found this place! I will forever recommend them to everyone who needs any body work with their car! It took them less than a week to make my car look perfect again! Plus they are the nicest, kindest, most helpful people ever.

Old-school auto body shop. The people here are honest and won’t try to upsell you or do unnecessary work just to take your money. They painted my bumper and a fender, and I had the car back the next day. Fair prices and great service.

It was my first time going to a body shop, and these guys are true honest people who have been in the area for longer than my entire life! They gave me an affordable quote unlike other body shops in Boston who tried to capitalize on my youth. They did an amazing job dealing with my vandalized Tesla and made it look factory new within 3 days. I will be coming here anytime my car has a problem and I recommend others to check this place out as well.
