Fast friendly service and reasonable prices

I‘ve become use to having less than stellar experiences here but today was the final straw. I had a scheduled appointment for a very simple tire swap. It took just under TWO AND A HALF HOURS! On top of that when I get my car back my mask is missing. The service rep, Calvin, was amazing and gave me two of his own, but it’s the principle of the matter that a service that shouldn’t take that long did and A THIEF TOOK MY MASK! The manager, Brad, offered to give me a $100 service gift card, but you couldn’t pay me to come back somewhere that can’t do anything in a timely manner ON TOP OF TAKING MY MASK! We are in a pandemic and someone back there thought it would be cute to take my mask. I am never returning for service nor to purchase a car.

Fair price. Vehicle not prepped properly. No pressure! Great financial manager.!!
