Larry at southside auto was amazing from start to finish. We were quoted between $700-$900 more for a service at other repair shops in Jackson. Due to traveling for Thanksgiving we were on a time crunch as well. Larry and all his staff kept us informed of the cost , the time needed to compete the job, and if the repairs were better or worse than expected. In less than 24 hours we went from looking to reschedule our trip, to loading our luggage in our repaired van . We will use Southside auto anytime we need anything done on our cars . We would and will recommend them 1000% anytime!

Great experience awesome people I was having a problem with my car sounding like it had base in the rear after $1000's of dollars later with no fix from Multiple shops I came across southside auto Larry and his dad got to work and assured me I wouldn't be charged unless the problem was fix!! They fixed the problem and my car drives great again! Thank you guys

Larry and his crew worked on my pathfinder,not once but 3 times. First time was before I bought it. Second time,my car started out at a different shop and they said it was fine. That shop said there was a problem with the rear wheel. So Larry picked it up and took it to his shop.He fixed both problems! Picked up my car last Friday and Tuesday I noticed a noise coming from the other rear wheel. Larry was so kind,he took time out of his day to come to my house and look at it. I didn’t wanna drive it with kids and he knew this.. he promised me it would be save to drive to his shop. My husband and I dropped it off last night,Larry fixed the problem again!!! Easy fix this time. He personally took it for a test drive before I got there and made sure it was fine. It was perfect. Thank you so much
