I have always went there for tire installation and balance never really trusted them with anything else other than that. Well today I took my Mercedes by them to get brand new tires installed and balanced and the whole time I was staying behind Zack their tire guy and paying attention to him. An older gentleman there was trying to help him who I did not trust much because the one wheel he took off instead of lifting it out of place he just dropped it down scratched my caliper a little so I’m like whatever didn’t say anything after getting 3 of the rims removed and 2of them installed and balanced on the 4th rim when the guy went to remove the bolt with the security lock he didn’t push it in all the way so he damaged the inside threads in it and it would not grab no more after trying to rem

*Caution buyers! Do your homework!* I’d strongly advise caution when buying from Southside Auto. My experience here on August 1st raised serious concerns about transparency. We drove 2 hours to see a 2008 Infiniti G35 that looked great online and was described as having no issues whatsoever—both over the phone and in the CarFax report (1 owner, low miles, no red flags). Great place for tires and tire work. Great price too. Was recommended to come here with my emergency tire replacement issue. They mounted, balanced all my new tires for super cheap and fast. My spare tire had a fast leak in the valve stem and they fixed that for me too. Great service and is way better than having to wait days for service like at other local shops. They also diagnosed some issues I was having with my truck a few months ago.. definitely telling my friends this is the way to go for car tires or service.
