Southside Towing

I had an excellent experience with Southside towing unfortunately they took my vehicle because I didn’t have a visible permit, but the staff was amazing some lady in the front. I think her name was Natalie helped me. She was very swift and thorough with the transaction. It’s upsetting, but I understand why my car was taken next time. I’ll put my permit in a visible place.

I thought I would never get caught!!! the police department and this tow yard is just doing their job definitely lit a fire under my ass and forced me to get my shit taken care of. Went to the DMV. Updated my registration got a one day moving permit, took it to the police station and got my stuff released. Can’t be mad at them when I’m the irresponsible one.

Excessive predatory pricing intended to squeeze people, including the elderly & disabled. They towed a car parked legally in a disabled spot. Charged $600 to take it to a lot 10 minutes away, for it to be retrieved less than half an hour later. ‘Day fee’ & ’gate fee’ added for less than 30 minutes! SHAME on you for this ‘legal’ robbery. You won’t enjoy that money you practically robbed an elderly disabled woman of because it’s CURSED. You will pay for the stress you caused her. God is watching!

I had a surprisingly positive interaction with Southside Towing. It was an expensive consequence of bad parking—a tough (but fair) lesson for my son and me—but the staff was friendly, accommodating, and completely professional. Paying the full cost fee to get the car back was painless thanks to their decency. Highly recommend them for their professional human approach.
