I wasn’t planning to post about this, but on my drive home I decided to share my experience about today because this is now the second time this has happened at this location. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I prepaid for these services through the Advantage Plan, as I always do. Because a tire rotation was missed during a previous visit, I marked all four tires before pulling into the garage to ensure the rotation would be completed this time. After about 30 minutes, I was told my truck was ready. Normally, I receive a video inspection on my phone, but once again I did not receive one—even though my receipt shows that a video inspection, tire rotation, and oil change were completed. I asked three separate times whether the tire rotation had been done,

I am not happy at all with Southtown Dodge. I took my truck in there with a check engine light on. They said it was because my oil pressure switch was bad and replaced it as well as a windshield washer nozzle. Charged me $500 something to fix it. Then 2 days later the check engine light came on again for the same thing. This time I noticed oil leaking in my brand new driveway. I asked them to look at it because it looked as if it was coming from the oil filter. (They did the oil changes and any repairs it has needed nowhere else.) They then charged me $120.00 for diagnosing the problem that they caused, I know this because they told that the oil filter was loose. When i told them that I should be charged for this because they were the ones who did my oil changes. The service guy said that

Such a great dealership! We worked with John when trying to find a jeep for us. We are new to the Jeep world and had so many questions. John was great at showing and teaching us different aspects of Jeep wrangler options. He was super knowledgeable. Also he put zero pressure on us to make a decision until we were ready. But as soon as we made a decision and were ready to purchase he moved QUICK. We were driving a jeep home less than 24 hours after we pulled the trigger (this included financing, finding the jeep we wanted, and having it transported to their location). 10/10 recommend this dealership and working with John specifically!
