Bought a very reasonably priced van from them and felt confident in my purchase every step of the way. Family business and they are excellent to work with. Got a 3K Mile/3 Moth Warranty with my vehicle which gives me a peace of mind. Highly recommend this business if you are looking for an affordable used vehicle.

After searching all over for a jeep I saw one Southtowne had. It was priced well and when I inquired he said a customer was coming next week to make a deposit. I offered to come look and bring cash but he said no he had given the other customer until the following week. He called when he said he would and told me the jeep had sold. He called a few days later and said he was buying one at auction I may like. He was very fair in pricing it and it was more than I had hoped for. I looked at it prior to title arriving so I knew we were going back to buy it. When the title arrived, we went back (2.5 hrs) to pick it up. We were in and out quicker than I could have hoped. All around, fantastic experience and I plan to always shop Southtowne. Thanks Bill and Brad for a great experience

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Southtowne Motors over the years. I’ve been happy with the experience every time. Bill and Brad are great to work with. The service department has been servicing my vehicles for just as long. Joe the head mechanic always explains things to me in a straight forward manner. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage or being ripped off. I have at other shops, but not here. Brian always makes scheduling easy and lets me know the status of my car when it’s there. I highly recommend this place for both auto repairs and sales.

People here are very nice, But I feel like I was sold a car with no inkling to the problems it had. I had the opportunity to buy a different vehicle and I wish I would have. I Bought the car in May 2024. It is now September 2024 and I went back for inspection, which they were hesitant to give me a free inspection after I just spent $15,000 because, “ The sticker cost them $15”. I’m not a picky person but come on that’s a little bit ridiculous. I did a trade-in too. Not only did I buy a car from them, but I gave them my old one to sell. I went in for this inspection and came out with $1064 less. They sold me the car with a rusted, leaking exhaust And I had to get a ball joint replaced. I had no knowledge of any of this. I asked the mechanic to see if they had seen the issues prior to sell

We have been getting our vans serviced for many years. Brad and his team of mechanics go out of the way to make sure everything is safe and properly maintained on our vans.
