Was rear ended sitting at a red light in what was my first experience dealing with an accident. Southwest Body Shop and their staff did an amazing job working with the at-fault party’s insurance and helping me navigate the process. They did an amazing job and looks good as new! They also did a full internal and external detail of the vehicle before returning it to me which was a great surprise. Their staff kept me frequently updated through the process and helped make a chaotic situation much less stressful. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again for the great work and customer service!!

Bryan with southwest body shop was willing to stay a little late for me to bring my car in for inspection and we set a date that worked for my family and I after the holidays. Bryan stayed in contact with me and with in a timely manner my car was ready! Our experience could not have gone any better and to top it off they detailed my car for me! They were very nice people and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The repairs didn’t take very long either. They detailed my car on the exterior and interior. Very happy with the results :)

When doing business communicating and doing transactions “directly with the owners”, steps were followed through, even when the ball was dropped and it’s completion date Nov 12th was extended 4 days by the front desk employee, the owner personally phoned me that my truck would be released and completed on time as scheduled. Upon receiving my truck back, it was clean and detailed inside and out displaying a smooth finish with no rippling of the work performed of the major and extensive area of collision(entire psgr. side). The downtime of 30 days without my truck was worth the scheduled service time.. Thank you, Southwest Body Shop 🤙🏾
