I purchased a trailer far from home. This shop was close by when we realized the fuse was not working so we had no lights. They were so kind to fix the problem for us, and didn’t charge. Good people, good business. We were in great hands and were able to get home safely! Thank you!

Rick handled the tire repair and absolutely crushed it. The patch job was clean, fast, and done right the first time. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and actually care about doing things correctly, not just rushing cars through. Fair pricing, no pressure, and great service all around. Honest mechanic. We got a few issues with my truck, but all good man. It took me a while to find the Mechanic for my family and specifically my business. UPDATE!! UPDATE!! UPDATE!! UPDATE!!!! I seen that the ‘owner’ responded to me simply giving them a one star review without a text review. LOL they responded with “we seen that you came in 4 years ago to get a free oil change”. I’d like to see that receipt! I’ve never gotten a free oil change ANYWHERE in my life. Liars! Now I get to say what I feel about this location. They are greedy and liars. I checked a price with them and 2 other locations. The folks at ‘point s’ are overcharging for work. The guy at the front desk was NOT welcoming nor friendly. I would NEEEEEEEVVER go here nor recommend them. Stay away!

Call about new batteries for my truck quoted a price $224 each installed with a 36 month warranty. Come down get them installed then told the warranty is 24 months. That is a very important part of the transaction. I’m buying 2 batteries for a truck. I have no trust in this company or Ethan the owner all they say is sorry. Poor customer service I specifically verified the 36 month warranty. After it’s all done his response sorry my bad. Avoid at all costs Payless somewhere else!!!!
