Sparkle Clean Car Wash

Self serve was just ok. Use card is minimal cost of 6.00$...Just Average pressure on wash wand. Had floor mat holders on wall not very sturdy. Place had a run down feel. Location is close to shopping and fast food

This place is trash none of the self service accept quarters none of the automatic washes accept dollar bills I’m scared to allow this business access to my debit information because it seems very very poorly maintained I’d hate to see the owners home property I bet it’s trash as well

Our vehicle was damaged by a damaged sprayer. The owner told me to be careful about telling anyone after he refused to help with fixing the damages to our vehicle. We will never be going back to the Huntington Indiana Sparkle Clean Car Wash.

Update 5/11/24 Another notoriously bad experience. Tire cleaner worked and nothing else. Tried another bay. Nothing. Myself and another gentleman experienced the same issues. Knocked in the door and no answer despite the owners truck being there. I paid twice and left with tire cleaner on my truck. Better off going to Parkmoor. Nothing works! Expect to be soaked from broken hoses. Hoses are repaired with bandanas and tape. My clothes and shoes were coated in bright green tire shine chemicals. High pressure soap did not dispense.

Swiped my card for $12 wash. Card reader said "purchase complete. Car wash is in use". There was no car in front of me. I drove thru and nothing worked. There is a sign on a door at the car wash that says to fill out a form and put it in the box if you have a problem. No box and the phone number went to a generic voicemail box. I will be disputing the credit card charge. This car wash has gone downhill significantly.
