Teresa was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Her inspection was extremely thorough, and she took the time to walk me through all of the findings in detail. She even provided ballpark estimates for some of the items noted in the report, which gave me a helpful starting point when reaching out to RV shops for repair work. Her online system for reviewing the report and submitting payment is also very user-friendly. I would definitely recommend her services.

I’ve dreamed of traveling out West for many years, but never had the chance until now. To prepare, I took Teresa’s RV classes so I could learn everything I needed to know about campers. One out of the MANY things I learned was... She told me to choose the RV first and then the tow vehicle. At the time, that sounded completely backwards to me — but I trusted her experience and followed her advice. So, I bought the camper first, then purchased my 2022 Ford F-250 w/the 7.3 Godzilla gas engine. Now I fully understand what she meant. My wife contacted Teresa to inspect a 16 year old 5th wheel that we were interested, and from the pictures and the video supplied by the dealer just looked too good to be true. Unfortunately, we were a 3+ hour drive away, so were unable to get a good look at the unit for a couple of days. Teresa was able to inspect the unit and provide a report in two or three days, so when we arrived to look at the unit that weekend, we had a complete 127 page report on pretty much everything you could get to on the unit without ripping it apart. Even the sales person was impressed with the thoroughness. We used Sparkle Travel a RV services to do an inspection on an older motorhome we were thinking about purchasing. Teresa said she could not test the furnace because it was too hot that day and we ended up having to spend a couple thousand dollars to have it repaired. She should have told us that she wouldn't be able to test the furnace because of the heat before the inspection started so we could have rescheduled. She waited till after the inspection to inform us. She inspected the generator and said it worked fine but after we purchased the RV it would not stay running and we had to pay to have repairs done. The mobile repair mechanic we hired to do the repairs who is also an inspector told us she did not do her job. So not only did we have to pay a lot of money for the inspect

My wife and contacted Teresa at Sparkle Travel & RV Services to do a pre-inspection of a 2026 Keystone RV. When the rig arrived my wife and drove to take a look at the rig. We looked around the outside and the inside, and it all looked “good” to us. Teresa arrived the next morning to complete her full inspection. We are glad we hired her BEFORE we signed anything with the dealership. There were several major items on the report including some manufacturing defects, water leaks, crushed in rock guard and several other issues we did not even notice. Teresa also noted other less serious items which we didn’t even know to look for.
