Sparkling Image Car Wash

First time trying this place and last time. Got the top package. They came and got me about 15 mintues later. Doesn't honestly look like they did shit. Very disappointed as my friends have always spoke so highly of this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to Johnny boys.

I went here a few years back when I first moved here and they did a wonderful job but this time I wasn't pleased my car wasn't vacuumed good nor was it dried completely water spots all over could've went through a automatic one if I knew it was be like that I did take pictures

Not impressed, I was the only customer there today. Couldn’t even find the employee to take my money for my car wash. Found her out in the bay sitting down with her eyes closed with steam floating around her like she was in some sort of a spa. When I called out to her if someone was going to take my money, she didn’t even offer me an apology or explanation for her lack of service that she’s obviously collecting a paycheck for. From the other comments listed I also had paid for the gold package with tax runs about $28 and found steaks on all my windows, my bottom rocker panels still had salt on them. Save your money, Tommy’s does a better job than Sparkling!!!

Wonderful experience with great people! At the price point I was absolutely not expecting it turn out as clean and great as it did! 1 ton long bed and it is sparkling!

I got a Gold service just now and our car has a layer of dust on the outside, like they used a dirty towel to wipe it off, and even with the wiping it was all wet. The dash or door jambs weren’t cleaned at all. The windshield was dirty and there were streaks and bug stains all over the car. The wheels look they haven’t been touched at all, there is a layer of dust on the disks, not even sure how that’s possible. Nothing against the workers, everyone was very nice, but it’s way too expensive for not even getting a clean car after a car wash. First time trying it, so I’m not sure if it’s that bad every time, but almost all touchless car washes did a better job for half a price.
