I’ve been coming to this car wash regularly and the team here does an outstanding job every time. They put in the extra effort and take the extra time to make sure your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, not just quickly run through. Their attention to detail really stands out, and they actually listen to any specific requests you have. I also have another location closer to my home that’s good, but this crew in particular is the best. Consistent quality, friendly service, and they genuinely care about the work they do. Highly recommend.

recently had my car detailed at Sparkling Image Car Wash, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I drive a 2014 Honda Civic, and the interior was in pretty rough shape—there were some serious stains on the seats that I honestly thought were permanent. The team managed to get them about 98.9% gone, which is seriously impressive. The inside of the car now looks almost brand new, especially considering its age. What stood out just as much as the results was how efficient and hardworking the staff was. They moved quickly, stayed focused, and clearly take pride in their work. Please tip these workers. 1st time here. Before entering I mentioned that the lower half of the car is very dirty and car washes don't seem to clean the lower half. $26 service, the wheels looked great, the lower half of the vehicle and the lift gate were still covered in a film of dirt. There were water drip marks on the wax job, also. Not much of a difference between the $18 wash I get at the touches in Wakefield. At the touches, they provide microfiber cloths to finish the job, which is a better for me, apparently. I would come back for a basic low cost wash if I was passing by. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. Every time I go, however, I am less enthused by the level of service, and quality of the finished product. Despite the fact that I always purchase the same service, I am quoted differing prices upon each visit. I always pay for an interior clean, however, it is nothing more than a vacuum, and not a particularly good one at that. They never seem to clean the dashboard, entertainment screen, etc. I no longer feel that my business is valued: hence, in the future, I will go elsewhere.
