Today 12-28-25 Sunday I got the most amazing service on my car by a wonderful human being who truly cares about his customers and knows what respect and customer service means and that is this gentleman Walter with the red jacket a supervisor in Malden Location! Walter always goes above and beyond and took care of my car!! Walter and Bruno Thank you for setting a great example and being a perfect Role models to show the staff the best way to take care of the customers!! I am absolutely so happy to be at this Carwash really thank you!!! Guys I’ve been with this company for over 25 years as a customer, please go the Malden location because you’ll be happy with their services trust me Walter will take care of your car and thank me later!! 🤗🙏🏻

I got a basic exterior wash for less than $15, and I didn't expect there to be employees towel drying each car after! I guess I am used to lower quality automated car washes. I tried to leave thinking the towel drying was for detailing, and I accidentally skipped the line, oops. The worker was good humored and kind, and she got me someone to dry my car. Great service, quick service, easy process. Wish this place was near my house!

this was the worst car wash experience i have ever had. they barely vacuumed the car. they only wiped the windows to make it look like they were wiping them and they all were massive streaks. i had to redo them because it was hard to see out of them. they also removed a piece of my rear wiper housing and I never found it. I would never pay to go there again. there was even still dirt on the car so I guess no wet down before the auto car wash or wipe down after. the joke was on me.
