Sparkling Image Car Wash

We're pleasantly surprised with how nice people are and the drive-thru wash is at Sparkling Image. It's at a great location, right next to BJ's gas, so without knowing the place well, we swang by for the first time. The Assistant Manager, Shaun, along with a couple of guys were at the wash in the cold weather, but they were smiling, friendly and upbeat. The price of a wash was already great compared to other wash places in town, but the same price for unlimited!!! We thought it was too good to be true! Sparkling also offers oil change and detailing with discount, and since I have been tired of expensive dealers, we will definitely come back for that, too, knowing how good people are here. Thanks!

I went back with my receipt unsatisfied with the first wash and the result was the same (see image). They literally do nothing to clean the back of your car. This is what my car looked like after the second wash in just a few days. Many car washes have an attendant to wash the back of your car as you enter the wash. They do not. Not worth the $25 or the trip. I recommend going somewhere else.

Came in for a wash and detail paid $16 with discount for unlimited washes and $250 for the highest detail, car wash was great and customer service was also good. However, i sat 3 hours and paid about $270 total to be pretty unsatisfied with the quality of what was done. My car was owned by a smoker so by no means did i expect every stain out and to look brand new however carpets seemed like they were only vaccumed as they were still extremely yellow and sticky to the touch and the seats seemed like they had been half done. I called after i left they were very nice about it and told me to come back the next day to fix it, which i did, they told me they dont take seat covers off unless asked which is very confusing considering my seat covers were half taken off the first time and my father i

Rosario and Maria Jessica did an absolutely amazing job detailing my wife’s car. With kids, our car takes a real beating, and it’s such a relief to find people who take true pride in their work and treat your vehicle like it’s their own. The attention to detail, care, and professionalism they showed is hard to find these days. Everything was spotless and felt brand new again. You can tell they work with real integrity. I’ll continue going there as long as they’re there and I’ll follow them wherever they go. I highly recommend them to any family, parent, or anyone who simply wants their car done right.
