Had THE worst experience at this car wash and with this company!! In 6 years of being a member with multiple vehicles, I have never been handled in the manner that I have under this new management. Shaunte Batiste out of your 3040 Highway 365 Nederland, TX 77627 location lacks professionalism, is uncouth, and calls the police on paying members when she disagrees with them. Take your money elsewhere, where it is appreciated.. Don't bother calling corporate, they need people so badly that they will retain employees no matter the situation. Lisa the customer service "manager" is also no help. Company full of managers that need training on customer service. I will be joining another nearby car wash to receive a better experience, as my business is not appreciated here. No need for a response..
